Requirement for each position
- Snowsports school operation manager
– Previous experience in ski school management or related field
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– In-depth knowledge of the ski industry
– Passion for delivering exceptional guest and staff experiences - Instructor
– Certification from internationally recognized ski/snowboard association
– Prior experience in teaching on snow
– Strong communication skills
– Willingness to work weekends and holidays
– Flexible mindset to adapt to various situations as per guest requirements - Guest service
– Admin or guest service work experience
– Excellent communication skills with a professional business manner
Language Requirement for all positions : Fluent in English
Prepared :
– Driving – International drivers license
– Language – Korean / Chinese / Japanese
– Prior experience working in Niseko
– Avalanche safety related certification
Responsibility for each position
- Snowsports school operation manager
– Oversee daily operations of the ski school, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
– Coordinate instructor schedules, lesson bookings, and guest inquiries with guest service team
– Coordinate staff training and development programs with head trainer
– Provide leadership and support to department leader and staff members
– Coordinate with other departments to optimize cross-functional processes and initiatives
– Foster a positive and supportive work environment for all team members
- Instructor
– Deliver professional and educational instruction in a safe environment
– Provide exceptional guest service to guest
– Introduce guests to the Niseko experience
– Maintain the high standards of True Niseko representation
- Guest service
– Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
– Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
